I have found relief in alternative therapies that I’d like to share with others. Yoga helps me stay grounded in my body, forgive myself and sit with emotions that may not feel good. Reiki helps me reset energetically, clearing any blockages or holdings before they become problems. Sound therapy helps me relax and immediately puts my body into a healing, rest and digest stage. I’d love to share these with you, and we can see what works and feels good for you!
